I have a very small patio and wanted the softroc cover in black and gray will they put it down and it looked great for a minute then it turned brown because of the resin and stayed sticky. After contacting the salesperson Leo and the owner who is a veteran Mr Cavender, Leo drove down to Waco from the DFW area and got the proper materials and they fix my patio. I appreciate how they came through with what they promised it cut into they’re profit but completed the job the right way. I would recommend this company to anyone from the owner Mr Cavender the salesperson Leo to the tradesmen Pablo great company with integrity and professionalism.

Jose completed the work by himself; I was impressed that he had good experience and knew what he was doing: he helped me understand what he was doing and why, worked quite diligently, and cleaned up very neatly after he finished. The cosmetic appearance of the places he repaired match the driveway so well that most are not even noticeable, which pleased my wife! Summary: a job very well done.

While I think the service is a bit pricey, I hope it will prevent me from needing to remove and replace the driveway, which would be a very big expense.

My Mom needed some expansion joint repairs done on her driveway. The Driveway Company of North Dallas was quick to get the job done, which she appreciated. The work performed was very good but if I had one recommendation.....they could be a bit more communicative. The day the work was to be done was set for approximate afternoon time but they did not show or call with why they were late or a new time. I had to call them and they gave me a new time but did not show until after 6:30 pm to start and then finished that evening. Please communicate with the customer better.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of The Driveway Company of North Dallas and their employees. They provided a detailed estimate (which was very impressive) and then showed up on time and performed the work as outlined (fixing the cracks, expansion joints and sealing our patterned concrete driveway). The owner, Nate, followed up to make sure I was pleased and had one of his employees stop by to touch up the color to make sure it matched). It's always great when a company really cares that you are happy with their work. I would highly recommend them for adding years to your driveway like they did ours.

Despite the problems of scheduling a complex project during winter weather with numerous periods of rain, the North Dallas Driveway Company has completed the work in a relatively short period of time. I was pleased to get a significant upgrade to the portion of the driveway that required the original concrete to be replaced, and am happy with the crack sealing technique of that part of the driveway that had not shown any vertical movement. All of the staff on both aspects of the project were were very helpful, educating me on what and why they were doing each procedure. They were very easy to work with. Their quotation for the cost of the project was significantly less than another bid on the project, to a large extent due to their measurements being much more accurate. I am very pleased with the final appearance of my driveway.

We had TDC come out and perform some preventative maintenance on our driveway. We were starting to see some areas where water was starting to find its way under the concrete, and Casey and his team provided a few options that would ultimately save a ton of repair costs in the future. Being a long-time resident of Lake Highlands, it was great getting to work with a locally owned business that gives just as much back to the community!

It was a top notch experience from start to finish. The crew was on time and knowledgeable. My driveway looks so nice now, and will last longer due to the seal. I will definitely use them again when we get finished doing some remodel in our patio area.

Very pleased with this the job The Driveway Company did with my side patio. Because I had to have my foundation repaired, there were four unsightly concrete coverings that made the whole porch ugly - especially bad since you looked out on the porch from the living room. So very glad that is not the case many more. The personnel are great people and work with you until you are completely satisfied.

The Driveway Company of North Dallas did an incredible job on my driveway. Not only did they repair all of the cracks, it looks great! They used pebbles to blend in the material they used for the repairs and power washed my driveway. I highly recommend them if you want to keep from having to spend a ton of money to totally replace your driveway.
