And as an active member of the community himself, he is eager to translate his technical experience to be a reliable expert in concrete repairs and maintenance in Rock Hill.

Having a unique technical background in a customer-facing role, he honed his skills in communicating specialized terms and concepts to people without knowledge of the topic. The experience also helped him understand what it truly means to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Jason has always looked for opportunities to rally teams in the right direction and directly interact with customers to help them make informed decisions. Opening a TDC franchise enabled him to achieve this and much more. We had some grass growing between our driveway joints so had The Driveway Company come out and take a look. I appreciate that they were honest and offered that only certain spots NEEDED to be done, but we chose to have the entire driveway taken care of for better uniform look, but was nice to not be pressured into more than was needed.

Jason and his crew did a great job and even split the job into two non-consecutive days to accommodate my work trip, so the work can be completed while out of town (You can't park in the driveway for a day or so after they are done).

Highly recommend, and will be using them for any future concrete repair, but don't think that will be necessary after they cleaned up everything this go!
