Repairing a crack between the back patio slab and the house foundation may seem like a simple job, but doing it the right way takes knowledge and skill. Great professional work by this company. The price was reasonable for the work done. Awnings, siding, driveway, sidewalk and back concrete patio all done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this team for power washing services. And they also are timely from when I requested the work to when they came out.

The only thing I took away a star is that there is no specific window time frame given to us so we can set those few hours away to ensure we can be fully there. We've had a lot of different professionals come through to work on our 1930s house, and Chance and Greg were right at the top in communication, work quality, and just being pleasant to be around. They did crack repair work on our driveway along a long slope, back patio, and inside our garage.

They did a couple of standout extra touches that really showed they'll go the extra mile. (1) My dirty garage bench had some gunk that blew into their sealing product, and they repaired that the following week. (2) Chance took the time to explain their repair process in a digestible way and was patient and thorough while answering my questions.

Overall, we highly recommend this team.

Chance, Carlos, and Miguel were absolutely fantastic! The customer service was superb and the quality of the work was better than we could have imagined. Our driveway was severely cracked and would have cost tens of thousands of dollars to replace. We decided to give this company a try to extend the life of the driveway and prevent further cracking. My concern was that the crack-filling material would be bright gray and stand out as I have seen on other driveways. Chance and his team blended the material with sand that matched our surface nearly perfectly! These guys do a great job, are personable, and stick around until the job is done to your satisfaction. What a great company- highly recommend!
